TERMS OF TRADE

By completing trading, you agree to the conditions below. Therefore, we recommend that you read the terms and conditions carefully.

The conditions here apply to the purchase of Lalandia Exclusive passes and tickets to Lalandia Aquadome in: Lalandia in Søndervig, Lalandia in Billund and Lalandia in Rødby.

ORDERING

The prices in the webshop are all stated including VAT. All orders are confirmed with an order confirmation by mail. The order confirmation will be sent automatically to the email address provided.

To make a purchase, you must be at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have the consent of your parents/guardian.

TICKETS

After booking, you will be sent an email confirming your purchase and the ticket will be attached. Bring the ticket on your smartphone or in printed version. Print or display via smartphone one ticket per person per visit. The ticket must be viewable in its entirety and be in a stand so that the barcode can be scanned.

Your ticket is valid until the day and time you have chosen in connection with your purchase. Please note that the ticket is non-refundable, but you can change the time on the ticket by following the instructions in the order confirmation.

EXCLUSIVKORT

After ordering, you will be sent an email confirming your purchase, and then you will receive a guide for installing the Exclusive Card on your mobile phone.

After redeeming the voucher, the Exclusive Card is valid for 12 months. Pay attention to closing days and always check opening hours before your visit. In addition, see the terms and conditions for Exclusive cards in the online shop.

Renewal of the Exclusive Card can be done by logging in to the online shop, and a renewal is valid from today and 12 months from now. If the card is still active, 12 months will be added to the existing expiration date.
